In her current role at smart UK, she is focused on establishing robust supply chain foundations to support sustainable growth, while building strategic, long-term supplier partnerships. She is responsible for sales volume planning, end-to-end UK supply management, supplier relationship management, stock optimisation, and internal fleet operations. Through this, Stephanie drives cost efficiencies, supports volume growth, and ensures the supply chain is agile and scalable to meet the evolving demands of the brand.
