Rob Gammon is responsible for Aston Martin’s operations planning, outbound logistics and in 2026 also added supply chain transformation, playing a key role in helping to build up integrated, data-driven operation across the supply chain function as the sports carmaker prepares to launch new models and ramp up production. He has been with Aston Martin since September 2022, and has worked in supply chain and systems roles for more than 25 years, including 23 years at chemicals producer Johnson Matthey, where he was supply chain director for the Clear Air sector. Rob has an MSc in integrated management systems from the University of Birmingham in the UK as well as a 1st class honours in Manufacturing Engineering.
