Martina Graser has led Ford Europe’s logistics and production planning since September 2022, with key focus areas including transportation capacity management, supply chain disruption mitigation, logistics decarbonization and digital transformation. Martina has more than 28 years’ experience with Ford, starting her career in various financial roles before joining the material planning and logistics (MP&L) division in 2017. Prior to her current role, she led Ford Europe’s vehicle logistics and customs team, where she oversaw the strategic and operational preparations for Brexit. She graduated from the University of Passau with a degree in Business Economics.
