Lucie Dobeer is Unipart’s Executive Outreach Director, responsible for driving strategic growth through senior stakeholder engagement across key sectors. Following 18 months as Head of Automotive, where she shaped and strengthened Unipart’s automotive proposition, Lucie now expands her remit to build C-suite relationships and unlock new opportunities across the wider business.

Lucie brings extensive experience across the automotive landscape, spanning OEM, aftermarket and high-performance environments. She has developed deep expertise in EV battery logistics, storage and lifecycle solutions, a critical growth area where Unipart’s combined manufacturing, engineering and logistics capabilities provide a distinct market advantage.

With a strong commercial background spanning global distribution, account management and multimodal supply chain solutions, Lucie is known for building high-value partnerships and translating complex operational capability into clear, customer-focused solutions.

In her current role, Lucie focuses on shaping and communicating Unipart’s differentiated offer, connecting customers to the organisation’s broader expertise in supply chain transformation and operational excellence.

Recognised for her leadership in the sector, Lucie was recently awarded ‘Women in Sales’ at the Women in Business Awards.
